Job Description

Manage the IT-related operations at HQ.
WIFI router configuration and internet setup at every department.
Manage Firewall user Policy's
Administration for O365.
Manage user's computers through the ManageEngine Central desktop. Help desk support through ManageEngine.
Printers installation and maintenance.
Supporting users IT related issues Arranged new users Company Assets like Laptop / Desktop, SIM, Mail, and mobile. New mail id creation and configured in users Laptops and mobiles.
OS Installation and related softwares installed in users’ machines.
Maintenance and configured the Biometric devices and canteen management devices.
Maintenance and Access control doors.
Daily monitoring of the Systems, Firewall, Cameras, Access devices, Biometric and canteen devices, Intercom phones, and Unifi Access Points.
Configured static IPs and blocked the unwanted sites in the Firewall.
Configured separate IP series (Internet / Cameras / Intercoms) in the Firewall with the support of Sophos.
