Role & responsibilities We are looking for a highly skilled QA Lead w with hands on testing strong expertise in manual functional testing and a good understanding of end to end workflow mentor junior testers, coordinate with development teams, and ensure high-quality software delivery . Preferred candidate profile 20% lead work 80% testing Manual Testing: Strong hands-on experience in functional, regression, and system testing. API Testing: Experience in REST/SOAP API testing, request/response validation, and test automation basics. SQL: Strong SQL skills for data validation, complex queries, joins, and data analysis. Azure DevOps (ADO): Managing test cases, executing tests, defect tracking, and reporting metrics. Team Leadership: Experience in mentoring, leading a QA team, and coordinating cross-functional QA efforts. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and production verification activities as needed Working 2 hours during US morning hours is a must - US CT 9 AM to US CT 11 AM
