As an experienced Web Designer with 3-5 years of experience, your primary role will be to take full responsibility for the layout, visual appearance, and usability of customer websites. You will work closely with a small team to ensure that the websites are visually effective and easy to navigate. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design/re-design websites to ensure visual effectiveness and easy navigation. - Update data and manage websites/portals effectively. - Create Photoshop designs for the visual appearance of websites. - Obtain design approval from clients and incorporate modifications. - Develop web pages using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Flash. - Create presentations, newsletters, and other relevant documents. **Qualifications Required:** - Any degree in a relevant field. - Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and Photoshop. - Proficiency in HTML and CSS. - Understanding of current web design trends and techniques. - Experience working in a small team. - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
