What You’ll Be Doing: Validate and confirm shipment invoices, coordinating with exporters for corrections and ensuring alignment with SAP records and the Fixed Asset team. Prepare and follow up on duty exemption documents for STPI approval and Customs Intimation (Annex-III). Draft technical write-ups and customs clearance letters as needed, including EWB preparation. Organize and maintain shipment data, including soft copy filing and customs intimation letters. Manage CHIMS registration, certificate generation, payment processes, and tracking. Maintain Carried & Forwarding charges tracker and process invoices in ARIBA or PR creation. Support import payment processes by providing relevant data and following up with the AP team. Coordinate de-bonding activities, equipment calibration document preparation, and customs submissions. Assist with documentation for export of equipment, including invoices, packing lists, and coordination with clearing agents. Handle accounting of duty payments, reconciliations, and documentation backup. Support cross charge accounting for USA shipments and PR creation in ARIBA for business unit purchases. What You’ll Need: Graduation in Finance & Taxation (Class of 2024/2025; 2025 preferred). Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Fresh graduate status: Not enrolled in any master's programs or postgraduate diplomas and not currently employed in any full-time position. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively within diverse teams. Limited prior internship experience acceptable. What You’ll Be Doing: Develop and execute post-silicon validation testing and debugging for high-speed SerDes interface IP products, such as PCIe and Ethernet. Create evaluation scripts and tools to automate testing processes and improve lab efficiency. Run comprehensive tests, analyze results, and troubleshoot issues in a collaborative R&D test lab environment. Collaborate with a cross-functional team of analog and digital designers, sharing your insights and learning from diverse perspectives. Utilize various lab instruments (BERTs, VNAs, Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers) to perform measurement and signal integrity evaluations. What You’ll Need: Fresh graduate from the class of 2024 or 2025 with BE/BTech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, VLSI, or equivalent field. Solid understanding of serial data link measurement techniques and signal integrity. Familiarity with post-silicon (analog) validation and analog characterization of SerDes IP. Exposure to high-speed protocols (PCIe, JESD, Ethernet, USB) and compliance testing. Hands-on experience or coursework with lab equipment such as BERTs, VNAs, Oscilloscopes, and Spectrum Analyzers. Programming experience in Matlab, C/C++, and Python. Former FPGA prototyping experience is a plus. Must not be enrolled in any M-Tech program or postgraduate diploma and not employed in any full-time position. Limited prior internship experience is acceptable.
