You are a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant with over 5 years of experience, sought to join a team in Trivandrum. Your expertise lies in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, and you have hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and support projects. Your responsibilities will include configuring and customizing SAP FICO modules based on business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to analyze financial and controlling needs, performing end-to-end implementation, support, and upgrade activities. You will resolve SAP FICO-related incidents, ensure integration with other SAP modules, prepare functional specifications for custom developments, conduct user training, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless business operations. To excel in this role, you must possess 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO, a strong understanding of GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and COPA. Experience in SAP S/4HANA is preferred, and at least one full-cycle SAP implementation is required. Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules, taxation, banking interfaces, and financial reporting is essential. Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and client-handling skills are crucial. Preferred qualifications include SAP FICO Certification, experience in S/4HANA Migration, and knowledge of FSCM, Treasury, or Central Finance.
