We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth, build partnerships, and expand our reach in the education and training sector. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate training, partnerships, and student enrollments. Build and maintain strong relationships with organizations, universities, and industry stakeholders. Develop strategies to increase enrollment in cybersecurity and programming courses. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote academy offerings. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Collaborate with the academic team to align offerings with market demand. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and growth targets. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (preferably in the education/IT training sector). Strong understanding of cybersecurity and programming education markets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Strong networking skills with a results-driven mindset.
