Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to handle inbound and outbound leads, engage B2B customers, and ensure smooth query-to-conversion journeys. The role demands excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build trust-based relationships. Location : Noida Key Responsibilities: Attend inbound customer calls and respond promptly to queries. Make outbound calls to leads provided by our marketing agency. Explain our value proposition clearly and persuasively to potential customers. Recommend the most suitable products from listed vendors based on customer requirements. Drive B2B sales through consultative selling and relationship-building. Conduct timely follow-ups to maximize conversion rates. Route high-priority leads to the Business Development and Vendor Support teams for closure. Requirements: 24 years of experience in customer relationship management, inside sales, or B2B sales (construction/industrial sectors preferred). Ex Justdial sales preferred. Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus.
