Deepen the liability book by cross-selling products such as insurance (LI, GI), mutual funds, etc. Deliver superior customer service, ensuring customer needs are met via appropriate banking solutions Lead, train, and monitor your teams productivity to meet individual and group targets Control branch costs to support profitability and efficiency Ensure adherence to all internal policies and external regulations, including KYC and AML norms Engage in marketing, business channel development, and community outreach to boost visibility and deposits
