We’re looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for delivering intuitive, user-centered designs for our digital products while ensuring a strong, collaborative design process. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create effective, feasible, and elegant solutions that meet both user and business goals. Key Responsibilities Drive and participate in the full design process: research, ideation, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototyping, and usability testing. Create, maintain, and share clear design documentation, flows, and prototypes using Figma as the primary design and collaboration tool. Communicate design decisions through UX storytelling and effective presentation skills to diverse stakeholders. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are feasible, leveraging your understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to bridge design and development. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses and improve user experience. Contribute to and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability. Champion a user-centered approach across the organization, advocating for design best practices and accessibility. Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong, demonstrable portfolio showcasing effective design work and problem-solving. Design Portfolio (Must Have): Demonstrating your design process, UX thinking, and polished UI outcomes. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to clearly articulate design rationale and storytelling. Deep expertise with Figma as the primary tool for design, collaboration, prototyping, and maintaining design systems. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript—able to discuss technical feasibility and guide developer handoffs effectively. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) for asset creation and visual design tasks. Working knowledge of Framer, Webflow, or other low-code/no-code platforms. Collaborative mindset with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and commitment to quality in both visual design and user experience. Nice to Have Video creation and editing skills (e.g., for marketing assets, micro-interactions). Experience with motion design or advanced interactive prototyping. Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and best practices. Experience working in Agile or Lean product development environments.
