Symrise - always inspiring more … As an integral member of the APAC Talent Acquisition team, this focal point position will manage and drive the end-to-end recruitment/talent acquisition process for a variety of positions within India across the different business segments & divisions within Pan India. This incumbent will lead & own the end to end of recruitment resource planning, sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring processes and supporting the offer negotiations in a fast paced, dynamic environment working in close collaboration with the wider APAC Talent Acquisition team and local HR Business Partner in India. The Position: Source, recruit & hire across a wide range of positions within different business segments & divisions within Symrise India while managing the entire process from sourcing to onboarding Create and adopt comprehensive sourcing & recruitment strategies to hire top tier talent Provide the best hiring experiences for Hiring Managers, Candidates and Cross Functional stakeholders alike Ensuring a high level of performance and manage requisitions for both permanent & contract positions, meeting planning recruitment strategy in a timely manner with quality hires Building candidate pipeline and provide market intelligence by gathering market trends, insights about salary benchmarks, in-demand skills, and trending jobs to evaluate the competitive landscape Contribute, support the local execution efforts for Employer Branding across Pan India markets and towards APAC Employer Branding matters Ensure a positive experience for all candidates/stakeholders in the recruitment process Being a key local/sub-markets Talent advisor and subject matter expert (SME) to advise key stakeholders within the designated recruitment topics/matters assignments for S&C & TNH business segments Working closely with the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager to engage, update and communicate on active recruitment challenges in India with local HRBPs Be an active contributor to the enhancement projects pertaining to Talent Acquisition/Recruitment matters as well as to support on the implementation of our new HRIS system (Sympeople) Conduct Workday (Sympeople) Recruitment familiarization & awareness system training for local users in India once the implementation of recruitment module is rolled out and live. The Ideal Candidate: More than 8-10 years of working experience and hands-on experience in handling full cycle recruitment experience with strong preferences for candidates with in-house experience within Chemicals, Food Ingredients industries covering Pan India Have demonstrated the abilities to manage high volume recruitment activities as well as staying agile on the different priorities as assigned Ability to stay organized, calm & collective while adopting an active listening ear to evolving & changing Business needs & competitive landscape Possess strong communication skills, providing support & recruitment advisory on the local talent landscape across India Independent, creative with a strong sense of responsibility Excellent verbal & written communication to ensure effective communication with both candidates and stakeholders.
