Qualifications Agricultural Production and general Agriculture skills Strong Communication skills Analytical Skills for evaluating crop performance and identifying improvement areas Sales skills to effectively promote agricultural products Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field Experience in the agriculture industry is advantageous Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently as needed Knowledge of local agricultural conditions and challenges in Gonda
