We're Hiring Business Development Interns at Swynix Labs As part of our growth at Swynix Labs, we are looking for dynamic and driven Business Development Interns who are passionate about building a career in IT sales and client development. This internship offers hands-on exposure to selling software products and working closely with a fast-moving startup team. Role: Business Development Intern Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid & Remote) Duration: 23 months (extendable with Pre-Placement Offer opportunity) Stipend: First month unpaid; performance-based stipend from the second month. Travel allowances will be provided. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify potential business leads such as targeted clients, SMEs, or enterprises through research and field outreach. 2. Connect with prospects via calls, meetings, or visits to introduce and promote our software solutions. 3. Support clients during onboarding and ensure smooth product adoption. 4. Maintain follow-ups, engage with onboarded clients, and address their queries. 5. Share regular progress updates and provide market insights to the team. Who Can Apply: 1. Freshers from any academic background are welcome (Marketing preferred). 2. Strong communication skills in Telugu and English/Hindi are advantageous. 3.
