Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Manager Sales at Swosti Group of Hotels & Resorts The Manager Sales will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. They will also analyze market trends, generate sales reports, and collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall sales performance. Qualifications Sales Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy Development skills Strong negotiation and communication skills Experience in analyzing market trends and generating sales reports Ability to lead a sales team and drive results Knowledge of the tourism/hospitality industry Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
