We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executives to drive lead conversion, customer engagement, and sales growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, sales acumen, and a passion for building customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Ø Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and chat inquiries. Ø Convert leads into sales by explaining Switchkart’s services and offerings. Ø Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and customer details. Ø Build long-term relationships with customers through consistent follow-ups. Ø Work with the marketing and operations teams to achieve monthly sales targets. Ø Provide timely feedback on customer trends, objections, and market needs. Ø Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share insights with the management team. Skills Required: Qualification: Bachelor degree in any stream Experience: 0–2 years in Inside Sales, Telesales, or Customer Relationship Management (freshers may also apply). Languages: Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi is mandatory. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
