Job Description:

EuroSchool Whitefield is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Female Swimming Coach to train students across grades, ensuring safety, discipline, and skill development in swimming. The candidate should be passionate about sports and physical fitness and committed to nurturing young talent in a structured and motivating environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and conduct swimming sessions for students of different age groups and skill levels.
• Ensure safety standards are strictly followed during all swimming activities.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the pool area and equipment.
• Monitor and evaluate student performance and progress.
• Prepare students for inter-school and competitive swimming events.
• Work closely with the PE department to integrate swimming into the school’s sports program.
• Maintain attendance, training logs, and safety records.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum Qualification: Diploma or Certification in Swimming Coaching / Physical Education.
• Preferred Qualification: National Institute of Sports (NIS) certification or equivalent recognized qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Swimming Coach, preferably in a school or sports academy.
• Requirement: Female candidates only.
• Must have basic life-saving / first aid certification.

Skills Required:

• Excellent swimming techniques and training methods.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Ability to manage and engage students effectively.
• Knowledge of pool safety procedures and emergency handling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
