Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Fleet Manager located in Cuttack, Orissa. The Fleet Manager will oversee daily fleet operations, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and manage vehicle maintenance schedules. Responsibilities include monitoring fleet performance, implementing cost-saving strategies, and optimizing operations to improve fleet efficiency. The role also involves coordinating with drivers, maintaining fleet records, and strategizing to enhance overall operations management. Qualifications Knowledge of DOT Regulations and compliance standards Proficient in Fleet Operations and Fleet Management practices Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making Experience in Operations Management, including resource allocation and process optimization Effective communication and leadership abilities Familiarity with transportation logistics software and tools would be advantageous Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field Prior experience in managing medium to large-scale fleets is a plus
