Roles and Responsibilities Manage counter sales at retail outlets, ensuring excellent customer service and product knowledge. Develop strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and increase loyalty. Conduct regular stock checks to maintain accurate inventory levels and prevent discrepancies. Collaborate with store teams to achieve sales targets, promote products, and set up displays. Provide exceptional after-sales support to resolve customer complaints efficiently. Desired Candidate Profile 1-5 years of experience in counter sales or related field (retail sales, showroom sales). Strong understanding of brand promotion, product awareness, and retail sales principles. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues alike. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
