Excellent recruitment and onboarding management skills. Exposure to performance management and organizational scorecard systems. Good knowledge of GMP and compliance processes. Familiarity with HR documentation for audits (USFDA, Social, Ethical). Sound understanding of statutory compliances. Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software. Good Communication Skills, Collaborative approach, and Fluency in English
