Role & responsibilities Manage Daily Office Operations (Calls, Visitors, Etc.) Assist in Scheduling Meetings & Appointments. Assist in event Planing & coordination Tasks. Manage vendors list, Booking. Use MS Office/Google Sheet . Assist in social Media. Support in preparing Power Point Presentations or Event Proposals. Handle personal scheduling, reminders and travel booking if needed. Maintain Confidentiality and Professionalism in all assigned tasks. Preferred candidate profile Smart, Organised, and well presented. Good Communication Skills in English and Hindi. Punctual, Trustworthy, and responsible. Able to multitask and work under deadlines. Flexible for event-related work timings (If Required)
