Job Summary: We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage our online sales channels, including Amazon, Flipkart, and GeM . The ideal candidate should have experience in listing products, optimizing sales, handling customer queries, and managing promotions on various marketplaces. Key Responsibilities: Product Listing & Optimization: Upload product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing. Optimize product titles, keywords, and descriptions for better search visibility. Order & Inventory Management: Process and monitor orders across platforms. Coordinate with the warehouse for stock updates and dispatch. Maintain proper stock levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking. Pricing & Promotions: Monitor competitor pricing and adjust strategies accordingly. Set up and manage discounts, offers, and promotions. Advertisement & Sales Growth: Run and optimize PPC ads on Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms. Monitor ad performance and budget allocation. Customer Service & Feedback Management: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and handle returns/refunds. Improve product ratings by addressing negative reviews and feedback. GeM Portal Management: Upload and manage products on Government e-Marketplace (GeM) . Handle bid submissions and respond to buyer inquiries. Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance and generate reports. Analyze traffic, conversion rates, and sales trends to improve performance.
