Roles and Responsibilities Develop sales strategies to achieve targets for industrial products such as Pneumatics , Industrial Lubricants and Seals . Identify new business opportunities through market research and customer interactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and provide product solutions. Provide pre-sales support by preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations for customers. Maintain accurate records of sales activities using DSR. Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 year of experience in industrial sales or related field (mechanical engineering background preferred). Should have sales experience in Bhilwara and Chittorgarh Industries Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical or Chemical stream from a recognized institution. Strong understanding of industrialization processes and machinery operations. Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently.

Design & Drafting: Create 2D/3D models of sheet metal components using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor). Design enclosures, panels, ducting, and support structures as per project requirements. Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) for accurate manufacturing. Material Selection & Optimization: Choose appropriate materials (SS304, SS316, GI, etc.) based on application and environment. Optimize sheet metal design for weight, cost, and manufacturability. BOM Preparation: Generate accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) for procurement and production. Coordinate with purchase and production departments for material planning. DFM & DFA Considerations: Ensure designs are manufacturable using standard fabrication processes like laser cutting, bending, welding, etc. Incorporate ease-of-assembly features in design. Standards & Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, GMP, CE if applicable). Incorporate safety and ergonomic standards in design. Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with production, quality, and installation teams. Support troubleshooting during fabrication and assembly stages.
