Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dehradun for a Phlebotomist at Swastik Diagnostic Center. The Phlebotomist will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients, ensuring proper labeling and handling of samples, and maintaining hygiene to prevent contamination. Additional responsibilities include assisting medical staff, using laboratory equipment as required, and adhering to standard operating protocols while interacting with patients in a professional and compassionate manner. Qualifications Proficiency in Blood Collection techniques and Laboratory Skills Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Medicine relevant to the role Experience in Medical Assisting tasks Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction Certification or training in phlebotomy is highly desirable Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining hygiene and safety protocols Familiarity with standard laboratory equipment and procedures
