Site Supervisor Salary: Up to 30,000/month About the Role We are hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at our project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure work is completed on time , with quality , and following safety standards . Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate on-site activities and workforce Ensure civil work meets quality and design standards Monitor progress and report daily/weekly updates Enforce safety and compliance at the site Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and engineers Manage materials and site resources efficiently Eligibility Criteria Option 1: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering + 2 years of site experience Option 2: No formal degree but minimum 5 years of site supervision experience Skills Needed Good knowledge of civil works, drawings & measurements Strong communication & problem-solving skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines Basic computer skills (MS Office for reporting)
