Role Description The Sales Associate will manage day-to-day tasks involving client interaction, identifying customer needs, and recommending suitable equipment. Responsibilities include creating and delivering product presentations, managing sales records, reaching sales targets, and building relationships with new and existing customers. This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi, requiring close collaboration with the sales team and clients to meet business objectives. Qualifications Proven sales and communication skills, with the ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions. Knowledge of scientific or laboratory equipment, or experience in the biotech/healthcare domain is a plus. Proficiency in negotiation, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets. Problem-solving skills with a results-oriented and self-motivated approach. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Science, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
