Job Description: Sales Executive Join our dynamic sales team at Swargaseema Sandalwood Farms Pvt Ltd , one of Telanganas fastest-growing real estate developers. As a Sales Executive, youll play a key role in helping clients find their dream property while driving business growth . Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Act as the first point of contact for site visitors, understand client needs, and build lasting relationships. Sales & Revenue Growth: Conduct property presentations, achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction. Lead Management & Reporting: Follow up on inquiries, maintain records of interactions, and provide regular sales updates to the manager. Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations. Candidate Profile: Education: Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing/Real Estate preferred). Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Prior real estate sales experience is a plus. Languages: Fluency in Telugu is mandatory; knowledge of English or Hindi is an advantage. Skills Required: Strong communication, negotiation, and client handling skills. Goal-driven with the ability to work under pressure. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM). Familiarity with the local real estate market is a plus.
