Job Description: We are hiring a Dispatch Executive responsible for overseeing the timely and accurate dispatch of goods. The ideal candidate will coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and delivery teams to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily dispatch operations of goods/materials Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for packaging and shipping Ensure timely dispatch as per customer orders and delivery schedules Generate dispatch documents such as invoices, challans, and packing lists Track and update shipment status, including courier or transporter coordination Maintain accurate dispatch records and inventory levels Handle customer queries related to delivery or shipment tracking Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards for shipping Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in dispatch/logistics preferred Basic knowledge of inventory management and dispatch software (e.g., Tally, Excel, ERP) Strong communication and coordination skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Familiarity with transport and courier operations
