Position: Post Graduate Teacher – Hindi Type: Full-Time Roles & Responsibilities: Teach Hindi language and literature to Senior Secondary classes (XI & XII) as per CBSE/State curriculum. Design and deliver effective lesson plans, assignments, and projects to enhance students’ reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills. Foster interest in Hindi literature, grammar, and creative writing through innovative teaching methods. Prepare students for board examinations and encourage participation in debates, elocution, poetry recitation, and literary activities. Conduct regular assessments, evaluate performance, and provide constructive feedback. Maintain classroom discipline and create an engaging, student-friendly learning environment. Encourage cultural appreciation of Hindi language through activities, dramatics, and literature clubs. Collaborate with colleagues, participate in staff meetings, and contribute to school events and academic growth. Key Skills: Subject expertise in Hindi language & literature.
