Job Summary: As a Pre-Sales Executive in the renewable energy sector, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by providing valuable insights to potential clients. You will act as the first point of contact, guiding clients through solar products and options, addressing queries, and ensuring they are fully informed before making purchasing decisions. You will be responsible for promoting and presenting our manufacturing capability in solar lights, ultimately generating leads and setting the stage for successful sales. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Presales Executive to join our sales team. As a Presales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, generating leads, and converting them into business opportunities. Your goal is to drive sales growth by building strong customer relationships and effectively promoting our products/services. Presales Executive Key Responsibilities: Full time job of lead generation of potential customers (across India as well as Global) and share detailed information with the Sales Team. Reach out to potential leads through various channels cold calling, e-mails, social media, networking events. Schedule Sales team meetings with customers key members for our Services , Demonstration-Presentation. Work closely with the sales team to develop effective strategies and solutions to attract potential customers. Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies and ensure a consistent approach to attracting and converting leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential leads through regular follow-ups, providing relevant information, and addressing customers queries. Assist in preparing proposals and quotations tailored to client needs and share with customers. Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to keep customers engaged and supported. Fast Response and resolution time of customers queries/support through mails, phone calls. Strong support to Sales Team and customers till customer on-board successfully. Ask feedback from the customers about services and share with Project Head at a real time. Real time updates and maintain all leads details with status and share leads report with Project head – PMT/CRM Tool. Requirements: Proven experience in presales, telesales, or a customer-facing role is a plus. Excellent verbal communication skills in [English / Hindi / Tamil]. Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills. Ability to handle rejections and remain positive. Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (optional but preferred). High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.
