Key Responsibilities: - Develop and automate test strategies for telecom networks, focusing on robust testing for optical products. - Create and execute detailed test plans using TCL/Python for comprehensive validation. - Identify and implement automation for test scenarios to improve efficiency. - Collaborate with design teams to debug and resolve defects, ensuring product quality. - Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ITU-T, IETF, IEEE, and ANSI. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. - Proven ability to execute technical test procedures and evaluate system-level impacts. - Solid knowledge of optical networking, including L2/L3 and security concepts. - Strong teamwork skills, a dedication to learning, and a professional work ethic. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for documenting and summarizing technical issues.
