Key Responsibilities: Understand and promote company products and services effectively. Initiate and handle customer calls to pitch products and close sales. Maintain and update customer records in the database. Process orders professionally and ensure customer satisfaction. Build and nurture relationships with existing and new customers. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team growth. Follow company processes and maintain high service standards. Requirements: Excellent communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills. Pleasant personality with a strong customer-oriented approach. Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Experience: 0–4 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply). Compensation & Benefits: Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month Incentives: Up to ₹15,000 (performance-based) + daily incentives up to ₹500 Growth Opportunities: Monthly rewards & quarterly appraisals Promotion to Sr. Sales Specialist after 6 months of consistent performance Promotion to Associate Team Lead after 1 year of consistent performance
