Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Bench Sales Recruiter to join our India-based staffing team. The recruiter will be responsible for marketing bench candidates (primarily IT professionals) to clients and vendors across domestic or international markets, ensuring fast and effective placements. Key Responsibilities: Identify and market bench candidates (H1B, L1, F1, OPT, CPT, H4-EAD, GC, US Citizens) to potential clients and Tier-1 vendors (mainly for US/UK/Middle East projects if applicable). Develop strong relationships with implementation partners and direct clients. Source requirements from job portals, client portals, and networking platforms. Submit suitable resumes and coordinate interviews and feedback processes. Maintain a pipeline of hotlist consultants and track their availability and submissions. Negotiate compensation, work terms, and close candidates in a timely manner. Work with internal technical and recruitment teams to ensure candidate readiness. Ensure compliance with international hiring norms and documentation. Provide regular status updates and reports to management. Required Skills: 1–5 years of experience in Bench Sales, IT Recruitment, or Technical Staffing . Understanding of various IT technologies (Java, .NET, SAP, QA, Data Science, DevOps, etc.). Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, Monster India, TimesJobs, Dice, Indeed, and LinkedIn . Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Good negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in US or UK time zones (if required). Strong knowledge of employment types: C2C, W2, 1099 (for international market) or Contract/Permanent (for domestic) . Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, or IT-related field. Previous experience working with US/UK IT staffing preferred.
