As a member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain Stibo STEP configurations and workflows in order to meet the various business requirements. This will involve implementing data models, business rules, and user interfaces within the STEP platform, as well as integrating STEP with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and ETL tools. Collaboration with business analysts, data stewards, and stakeholders will be essential for gathering requirements and delivering effective MDM solutions. In addition, you will be tasked with developing and managing data validation, cleansing, enrichment, and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and quality. It will also be crucial to optimize performance and scalability of STEP solutions, as well as provide support for end-to-end testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of MDM processes. Your role will also include ongoing maintenance and support for STEP configurations and upgrades, along with the creation and upkeep of technical documentation such as design specifications and user guides. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with the Stibo STEP MDM platform. A strong understanding of MDM principles and data governance practices is required, along with proficiency in developing workflows, business rules, and user interfaces within the STEP platform.,
