Role & responsibilities:

• We are hiring for Customer Support International ChatProcess.
• We are looking for

  Freshers or 0-2 years of experience

  who want to build their careers in the customer service domain by having excellent communication and written skills.

NOTE: Must have Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills in English - Looking for an Immediate Joiner.

Job Role: Customer Support Associate

Interview Mode: F2F or Virtual

Preferred candidate profile:

• Excellent communication skills and written skills.
• The candidate's prime role will be assisting customers through emails.
• Candidates who are in Mumbai based Location
• Required only immediate joiners and somebody who are within 25KM radius of distance.
• 02 years of experience (

  ).

Highest Qualification: + 2 / Diploma for 3 years/ Graduates in any stream with no current backlogs.

• Shift: 24/7 Rotational shifts.

• 5 Days of work , 2 rotational week off

• Travelling Allowance: 3500/- (Two- Way), 1,750/- (One way)

It is Work from Office!
