Job Description

  • International Customer Support Associate (US Voice Process)
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • * Handle inbound customer calls related to orders and product deliveries.
  • * Assist customers with issues such as incorrect, damaged, missing, or delayed products.
  • * Resolve customer queries efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • * Provide accurate information regarding orders, returns, refunds, replacements, and delivery updates.
  • * Maintain quality standards and meet performance metrics.
  • Eligibility:
  • * Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • * Excellent communication skills (B2 level).
  • * HSC/Graduate (as per process eligibility).
  • Shift & Working Days:
  • * 5 days working
  • * 2 rotational weekly offs
  • * US shift (Night Shift)
  • Employment Type:
  • * 1-year contract
  • *
