Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson based in Jamnagar, Gujarat. The Salesperson will focus on building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving business growth. Responsibilities include meeting with potential and existing customers, pitching products or solutions, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. Occasional remote work is acceptable as part of the hybrid working model. The role also involves maintaining market awareness and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships and negotiating deals. Proficiency in sales techniques, lead generation, and account management. Knowledge of industrial sectors such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Pharmaceuticals, or related industries is an advantage. Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities. Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Basic understanding of engineering solutions and technologies is preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple customers and priorities effectively. Bachelor's degree in any stream
