As a Manager in the EY CCaSS team, you will utilize your experience in climate change and sustainability consulting to contribute to various projects related to energy management, green building, HSE management systems, sustainable value creation, sustainability digitization, business model innovation, sustainable supply chain, and reporting. Your role will involve working on multiple client engagements across industries such as consumer products, Oil & Gas, and financial services. You will be responsible for performing audit procedures, creating work products, evaluating processes and controls, participating in client meetings, and assisting in the preparation of reports. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential for success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline, with an advanced degree such as an MSc or MBA considered a plus. PMP certification is preferable, along with at least 7 years of experience in sustainability advisory, business development, and project management. A solid understanding of sustainability issues, climate change policies, and relevant practices like Circular Economy, ESG, and Climate Action initiatives is required. Ideal candidates will have further studies or relevant professional qualifications, a track record with a leading consulting firm, and proficiency in the Arabic language.
