We are looking for an Associate Director, Packaging, to spearhead and manage packaging initiatives across all our brands. This role presents a unique opportunity to innovate, optimize, and scale packaging solutions that align with business objectives and meet consumer expectations. Your Impact: - Packaging Innovation: Lead the development and sourcing of innovative packaging solutions for new product introductions, ensuring alignment with brand values and market requirements. - Optimization & Enhancement: Continuously improve existing packaging based on consumer feedback, insights, and industry trends. - Cost Leadership: Develop procurement strategies that drive cost efficiencies without compromising quality or functionality. - Quality Excellence: Oversee packaging standards to ensure consistency, regulatory compliance, and a cohesive brand experience. - Sustainability Champion: Drive eco-friendly packaging initiatives in line with our commitment to environmental responsibility. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with design, marketing, and supply chain teams to deliver packaging solutions that enhance the consumer experience. What You Bring: - Experience: 7-10 years of hands-on experience in packaging development and procurement, preferably in the nutraceuticals or personal care sectors, with a focus on D2C startups. - Education: A master's degree in Packaging Science or a related field is preferred. - Industry Network: Established relationships with packaging vendors offering various formats and materials. - Skillset: Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills to drive packaging excellence and cultivate strategic partnerships. - Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and achieve results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
