Roles and Responsibilities Candidate would be based at our factory located at Vasai, Palghar Candidate would be trained to perform these functions. 1) Testing of Inward material, Outward QC, In Process QC, Finished Goods, Stock Material, Field Returns and designing testing procedures. 2) Evaluating and Sourcing new suppliers of Machines, Spare Parts, Raw materials and Services 3) Building technical knowledge & competency within the company 4) Coordinating with utility providers, e.g. electric, telephones 5) Designing of Products manufactured by us. 6) Managing Raw Material Inventory 7) Maintenance of all Machines used for Charging, Testing and Production 8) Interacting with Machine and Maintenance Vendors to ensure 100% Uptime 9) Troubleshooting small issues and conducting repairs inhouse Desired Candidate Profile Candidate must have technical training from vocational institutes or have a degree or diploma related to electronics / electrical. Candidate must have good hands-on capability of soldering, repairing, assembly. Candidate should have keen interest to solve technical problems. Roles and Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management for "Power Electronics" related products in industries/markets such as UPS, lighting, medical, security systems, solar, etc. The candidate: 1. Will be allotted a territory with a good customer base to manage and develop. 2. Will have to interact with existing customers (on phone and personal visits) and guide them on product selection and usage based on technical parameters. 3. Will ensure proper coordination and execution of customer orders. 4. Will ensure timely follow-up for payments and resolution of technical issues. 5. Will be required to support marketing activities of the company like exhibitions, online promotions, etc. 6. Will be directly responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. 7.
