This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Surya Hospitals in Mumbai. He will be responsible for HR management, recruitment, training and development, payroll administration and handling benefits administration on a day-to-day basis. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies. Implement employee engagement initiatives and programs to enhance morale and retention. Manage HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS maintenance. Preferred candidate profile Masters degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred. Experience of Spine HR software. Proven experience as an HR or similar role, with a solid understanding of HR practices and regulations. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
