Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Designer located in Bhadohi. The Senior Designer will be responsible for conceptualising and creating design solutions for home furnishings, including rugs and textiles. Daily tasks include collaborating with the design team, managing projects from concept to completion, and ensuring designs meet brand standards and client needs. The role also involves staying current with design trends and contributing to strategy discussions. Qualifications Strong graphic design, CAD, and rendering skills Experience with project management and collaboration tools Knowledge of current design trends and ability to translate them into product concepts High level of proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and AutoCAD Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, or related field Previous experience in the home furnishings industry is a plus
