Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostel Warden located in Ahmedabad. The Hostel Warden will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hostel, ensuring the safety and well-being of the students, managing hostel staff, and maintaining discipline within the premises. Additional tasks include handling administrative duties, addressing students' concerns, and ensuring a healthy and clean living environment. The Warden will also coordinate with other school staff and parents as needed. Qualifications Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain discipline and handle conflicts effectively Basic administrative and organizational skills Experience in a similar role or working with students is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or related field preferred
