Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic finance team in Delhi . This full-time position offers an annual salary of 4,00,000 and is ideal for individuals with a passion for account management and a strong foundation in financial processes. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions. Maintain and update financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Prepare and process invoices, payments, and other financial documents. Reconcile bank statements and assist in month-end closing activities. Support the finance team in preparing financial reports and analyses as required. Communicate effectively with clients and vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts. Assist in the implementation of financial controls and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance. Proficient in account management, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
