The Assistant Project Engineer - BMS is responsible for the service and maintenance of complete Fire protection systems, Surveillance systems, and Access control systems to ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. In this role, you will be required to review PFDs and share observations with the design team of the client and/or design consultant. You should have hands-on experience in various types of industrial process plants and be able to devise control panels based on site surveys and existing documentation. Additionally, you will create operations and maintenance documents, perform electrical and mechanical installation checks, survey sites for documentation and maintenance quotes, and conduct commissioning checks to ensure proper functioning. Writing reports for stakeholders and providing maintenance and service work to pre-existing BMS systems are also key responsibilities of this role. The ideal candidate for this position should have a B.E. degree with 6 to 8 years of experience, particularly in industrial projects. You should possess technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical works, excellent organizational and motivational skills, outstanding attention to detail and observation ability, as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
