As a Salesforce Mid-Level Resource at our company located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and shaping the future of litigation support and technology. With over 3 years of hands-on experience, you will be responsible for a wide range of Salesforce Admin activities to validate business requirements and ensure considerations such as security, scalability, and limits are met. Your key responsibilities will include setting up and managing the organization, automating processes using Flows, Approval Processes, Workflow/Process Builder migration to Flows, and creating analytics through Reports, Dashboards, and Tableau. You will also handle user management, multi-factor authentication, data migration, monitoring activities logs, case management, escalation rules, duplicate management, milestones, entitlements, and forecasting. Additionally, you will be involved in installing and managing App Exchange packages, developing Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components to extend Salesforce functionality to meet specific business requirements. Your expertise in Asynchronous Apex and scheduling jobs will be essential for the successful execution of various tasks. Furthermore, you will be responsible for integrating Salesforce with other systems in the organization through managed API integrations, web services, SOAP/Restful Web Service consumption, Connected Apps, Trusted Sites, OAuth, and maintaining business applications such as DocuSign, Conga, Survey Gizmo, Mailchimp, Slack, among others. Taking ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new updates to existing applications and code will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should have hands-on experience with Salesforce communities (Experience cloud), Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. Utilizing Salesforce APIs for integration purposes and following Salesforce best practices by maintaining code documentation and writing/maintaining test classes for all custom development are key aspects of this role. Familiarity with deployment tools like changesets and ant, as well as knowledge of CI-CD pipelines, would be advantageous.
