Role & responsibilities The candidate should have subject matter expertise in creating and executing surveys on LinkedIn and other similar platforms. Good understanding of B2B content creation focused on Artificial Intelligence and IT services domains. Knowledge of market research best practices. Strong knowledge of primary research techniques, surveys, designing questionnaires, and experience in conducting online survey programs. Basic understanding of cross-domains such as technology, chemicals and life science. Conduct outreach campaigns to schedule survey calls or responses. Collaborate with senior researchers or the marketing team to align outreach with campaign objectives. Maintain a database of outreach activity and survey feedback. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the capability to interact across all levels (internal & external) and support decision-making. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy, consistency, and quality.
