1. Work as a SOC Executive and monitor the physical assets across the country for a site. 2. Analyze the issue reported, identify problem areas, device and work with team members to enhance quality of service and prevent future issues. 3. Meet the SLA requirements by closing the issue within SLA 4. Escalate the events/incident to 2nd level team in time of the problems that cannot be solved by within the scope of SOC Executive 5. Fault handling and escalation (identifying and responding to issues on site and fixing the issue within SLA) 6. Carry out event and incident localization/ resolution/ escalation in accordance with given instructions 7. Should agree to work in rotational shifts without any hesitation. 8.
