Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive, Business Operations to support day-to-day business operations, internal processes, and external communications. The role will involve managing cross-functional operations (Admin, HR, and support functions), handling partner/customer interactions, and contributing to strategic initiatives such as our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage ad hoc tasks while ensuring smooth workflow across the company. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure business efficiency and effectiveness. Manage customer and external communications in a professional and timely manner. Handle internal operations, including Admin, HR, and other support functions. Interact with external teams, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery. Manage day-to-day ad hoc work requirements, ensuring issues are addressed promptly. Support and participate in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy execution , including research, planning, and coordination. Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and operational documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, and customer service to ensure alignment and efficiency. Monitor process performance and identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Support the implementation of new tools, technologies, and workflows for operational efficiency. Address operational issues promptly and provide solutions to minimize disruptions. Contribute to strategic planning and execution of operational initiatives. Analytical thinking with problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP/CRM experience is a plus. Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or related roles (Freshers with strong skills may also apply).
