Job Requirements
Qualification:
- BSc Optometry or MSc (relevant field)
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Surgery Counselor
Key Responsibilities
1. Pre-operative counseling: Educating patients about cataract surgery, risks, benefits, and expectations.
2. Patient assessment: Evaluating patients' medical history, visual needs, and suitability for surgery.
3. Informed consent: Ensuring patients understand the procedure and provide informed consent.
4. Post-operative care: Providing guidance on post-surgery care, medication, and follow-up appointments.
5. Emotional support: Offering emotional support and addressing patients' concerns or anxieties.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹9,831.38 - ₹30,357.16 per month
