About the Role:

Surgery, Quality, and Pain Management domains

Available Positions:

Orthopedics & Pain Management Surgery
Cardiovascular Surgery
Surgery (Series 16) SDS
Surgery with Anesthesia
Pathology with ENM IP / ED / Surgery
Surgery QA
Surgery Trainer
Surgery Process Coach
Denial Surgery / SDS / General Surgery – Team Lead
Surgery, Anesthesia, HCC, HHC – Sr. Manager Quality

Key Responsibilities:

Review and manage surgical and anesthesia-related cases and documentation.
Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards in surgery processes.
Work closely with surgeons, coders, and QA teams for process improvement.
Train and mentor team members on surgery and quality protocols.
Handle denials and conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for continuous improvement.
Support in maintaining accuracy and efficiency in SDS, HCC, and HHC domains.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of
Surgery, Anesthesia, and Pathology workflows
Excellent knowledge of
ICD, CPT, and medical terminology
Good analytical and communication skills
Quality-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments
