Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Welder based in Indore, with some work-from-home opportunities. The Welder will perform various welding tasks, including performing arc, TIG, and MIG welding, reading blueprints or schematics, and ensuring high-quality finishes of welded materials. Tasks also involve maintaining and operating welding equipment safely and efficiently, assessing materials before welding, and collaborating with the team on projects to meet deadlines and quality standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Arc Welding, TIG Welding, and MIG Welding techniques Strong understanding of welding principles, materials, and safety procedures Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately Attention to detail and quality assurance in all welding projects Proven experience in handling and maintaining welding tools and equipment Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively Previous experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or similar industry is advantageous Relevant technical certification or training in welding is preferred
